|Recommended: YesFeels Like They Actually Care — I've only been here a short time, but one thing stood out right away—people actually care.
The office staff is easy to reach, friendly, and never makes you feel like you're just another apartment number. Maintenance has been outstanding. Every little move-in issue I found was taken care of almost immediately, and they were willing to get creative to make things right instead of looking for excuses. Having maintenance on site 24 7 is one of those things you don't appreciate until you have it.
The property itself is beautiful, clean, and really well thought out. I also love that management decorates the lobby for holidays and little events throughout the year. It's a small touch, but it says a lot about how they treat the people who live here.
I've lived in places where you felt like a rent payment. Here, it feels like there's an actual community. So far, that's been the biggest difference.

|Recommended: YesIn general satisfied with a few things can be improved — Strong chemical odors in the new gym. Potential VOCs could pose a health risk to residents.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed the gym for the smell you are referring to and have found nothing. As per building codes we are not permitted to use materials with high VOC's in them, including the paint. There may have been a chemical smell from the cleaners who were cleaning the machines in there, prior. We will keep an eye on the smell, moving forward.
For guest parking, correct, we do not offer guest parking inside the garages just yet as we are a new building. Once we become more stabilized and see how our parking looks for current residents, we will modify to see where and how many guest parking spaces, if available, we can provide to residents.
